Privacy policy
Updated . This is the same policy shown inside the iPhone and Android apps.
In short
Worthflow keeps your figures on your phone. There is no Worthflow account, no Worthflow server, no analytics and no advertising. We never see your figures.
What Worthflow stores
The amounts, notes and tiles you enter, your settings, and your reminder day and time. They are saved in the app's private storage on your phone.
Backups
Your phone's own backup keeps a copy.
- iPhone: Worthflow keeps a copy in your iCloud Drive (iCloud Drive › Worthflow), which only your Apple Account can reach. Your figures are also part of your iPhone's iCloud Backup. You can turn the iCloud copy off in Worthflow's settings.
- Android: Google backs up Worthflow with your phone, and only when that backup is end-to-end encrypted with your screen lock. You can turn it off in your phone's backup settings.
Neither copy passes through us.
Files you export
A backup (JSON) or spreadsheet (CSV) is created only when you ask for one, and goes wherever you send it.
Reminders
The monthly reminder is scheduled on your phone. Its text never includes your figures.
Purchases
Pro is bought through the App Store or Google Play. They handle payment; Worthflow only learns whether Pro is unlocked.
Feedback
If you email feedback, we receive what you write plus the app version and device model filled into the email. We use it only to reply and to improve Worthflow.
Children
Worthflow is not directed at children under 13.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be in the app and here, with a new date.
